Looking for a clean, quiet guesthouse in Ella with a view, around $20-30 a night. Is it better to book online or just walk in during the low season?

In low season (May-July) walk-ins are fine and you can negotiate. Places on the road up to Little Adam's Peak have great views. In December-March, book ahead.
